Papa John's Pizza

I like pizza from Papa John's much better than that from any other places. Ths crust is so soft and thetaste is great. Most of the time, chicken wings were small and sometimes over cooked.

Don’t know if you changed the crust or better ingredients. But this order I had was one of the best ones I have ever had..

The food is always hot and fresh. We e~mail our order before leaving my appointments and the order is ready when we get there. We're always greeted with a welcoming smiles.

Our order was delivered by the owner, his level of honesty and friendliness was impeccable. Thank you very much.

Ok.. Pizza wasn't cooked long enough.. I asked for NO OLIVES and they loaded it.. Disgusting.. I usually love your pizza.. But I was not impressed at all..

Standard Papa John's pizza and service. Little on the pricy side for a pizza though. Have gone in the past and gotten a cheese free clean cut pizza for my better half due to dairy allergies but always have to explain to them what clean cut means.

Do not order from this location! They overbill your order and then will argue with you over the billing. Also, there is a delivery fee but when I asked about it he told me that the fee is on the box! How would I know there is a fee if I didn’t get the box. Really?? Mike is horrible to deal with. After disputing the charge he told me he would pick up the pizzas, remake them, not charge me for them and then told me to never order from him again. NEVER send food back, LOL. Yeah. I’m sure your going to “take care” of my new order. What a joke. He also says he records your conversations... what’s the legality of that Mike?? Beware!

Usually pretty good pizza

I order from here a lot always online this is the second time this has happened. they saI’d I selected carry out the 1st time this happened I just picked it up. I was sure to hit delivery this time and order said a half an hour I call a little while later wondering where it is.. the lady said it’s carry out and said if I want delivery it will be another 45 minutes to an hour so my pizza will definitely be cold by this time I said nevermind just cancel it the lady was really rude and said k bye and hung up.

Very poor experience with the gentleman who identified himself as the owner. Online ordering said it would be and hour for pickup. I called and spoke with an employee who said that was not the case and to come in 15 minutes. When I arrived the order was not ready and the owner was very irritated and rude with me and his employees. I also had children in the car and was very surprised with how the situation was handled.

They have great customer service. Great management, Mike Altman. Very clean store! Everything always tastes great!

They very much enjoy putting barely any toppings when you order toppings. Nobody is ordering pepperoni on their pizza to only have two individual pepperoni on the whole pie.

Unlike the other pizza chain in town, I never received a greasy pizza ordering from this Papa John’s store. Super friendly drivers and always on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered 5 pizzas for our lunch break for 7 'clock del. Pizza showed at 25 after 6. Called and complained, told the girl I wouldn't order from them again. She said that would be fine

The pizza here is just as good as at any other Papa John's. But all that is worthless considering that a large one topping pizza is about $15. That's nearly TWICE what I paid for Papa John's pizza back home. What a ripoff.

Ordered from here while traveling past and got caught in traffic from a big wreck. Was an hour and a half past our pick up time so we called and asked if they would remake it when we were about 30 min away and they had no problem with that. Really nice of them!

All I wanted for Valentine’s Day was a heart shaped pizza, I called and talked to Mike he said it would be over an hour for pickup and that there was no heart shaped pizza dough left. Not 10 minutes later my friend called, talked to a different worker, and she could get heart shaped pizza and the wait was only 25 minutes?

Like the pizza and wings.

Possible there really busy at times now do to covid-19 !!! I know a lot of others places you go to in drive threw and wait 15 20 minutes just to order !! 🤔

I hate to be a downer, but papa johns honestly is not the place to go... they leave you on hold for 10 and more minutes and then tell you “we not taking any more orders”. They were good until the beginning of 2020. It’s like they don’t care anymore and it’s like they are too lazy to do there jobs... not to mention, very rude workers. Definitely could’ve been better...

This Papa John's circulated coupons then wouldn't honor them then when you question them about it they were very rude and tell you if you don't like it call corporate. Customer appreciation day went very badly for this store. I contacted somebody higher up at Papa John's through their Facebook page and was told this is not how this was supposed to have been handled at this store. I understand accidents happen but you're never rude to your customers. I was promised coupons for my inconvenience it's been over a week no coupons and no call backs. The pizza gives me heartburn anyways so I guess I'm not missing much.

Still good food despite all the news in the headlines

My work was treating all the staff to pizza today. They called yesterday and spoke to Mike told him that the first order needed to be ready for pick up at 10:15 am he agreed and said they would be ready. When our staff went to pick them up the door was locked and they knocked for 5minutes before Mike came from the back to unlock the door. When they went in the ovens were not even turned on. In the meantime staff was going to meal breaks with no pizza in sight. Mike did not offer any type of discount to our company or an apology. I personally will never order from them again. Sad part Mike could careless if this is how he treats paying customers I hate to think how he treats his workers.

Great pizza

I ordered two pizzas and a dr pepper from this place. Me and my friend waited for forty minutes after it said it was on its way, and had checked to have a notification that is was delivered, when we still did not have our pizza. We called to be told that the deliverer had called us several times, but as I don't answer unknown numbers, I didn't answer the driver's call . Papa John's has never done this before. They driver then said, instead of stopping and coming out to deliver, they just took the pizzas back to the restaurant. And since it had been so long, the order was void and the only way to receive the order was to go in and retrieve it. We were in a position where we literally could not. Why I'm most angry is that the driver decided not to come out. We were outside waiting. He could have delivered it and there would be no issue.

I just changed my review People nowadays at Papa John are really great. Delivering my Pizza as it should be which what I like the most.

I eat here quite a bit. Out of those times, over the course of my undergraduate and graduate career they've only messed up two orders. (Once they forgot my chicken wings, the bread sticks), both times they made it right without delay. Never had "bad" food from here.

Brody must have wrong store!! What delivery driver would be passed out while delivery pizza kinda of wierd!

No complaints really.... my has alot changed in a year. Not only did you go full potato on politics now if a customer has flag in their yard your driver steps on the pizza.
